This is a 5 star review. Happy Cow won't allow 5 stars for non-veg places, which is a disservice as some places (like here) go above & beyond for vegans more than "vegan restaurants." We showed up on a busy Saturday night. We waited at the bar for a table, the drinks were amazing. Once we got our table we opted for the vegan tasting menu. For our first course were out of seitan, so made our croquettes out of chickpea, much preferred anyways. Second was the chard soup, which was OUT OF THIS WORLD. So good. Followed by the main of "Potato Flan" which was also very tasty. Tho the crown jewel was dessert. An aquafaba (chickpea brine) based meringue with raspberry sorbet and fresh raspberry & pineapple. AMAZING. Better dessert than most fancy all vegan restaurants I've been to. The service was also great.
