- Nice relaxed atmosphere and good food
Fusca is based at Ryton Organic Gardens and has taken over the restaurant now. The great news is that everything is now 100% vegetarian and they have plenty of vegan options. We particularly like the vegetable pakoras and curry. They normally have at least one vegan cake. Soya milk is available too. The café has a nice atmosphere and if it is a sunny day you can sit outside in lovely surroundings. Their food style is world fusion street food and you may have come across them at events as Fresh Rootz. Definitely worth a visit.
