Hummus is something that many vegans would choose if they could only bring one thing to a dessert island... (Yes, that dessert island where most vegans will be stranded at least once in life :) ). The hummus in Hummus Barcelona is just superb. I would even say it's the best one you can taste in Barcelona city. Most of the menu is vegan. They have recently expanded it with some other options, including seitan dishes among others. Food is fresh and service is very good. 100% recommended if you're a hummus lover!
