Being a ramen lover and a vegan often times doesn't work out. There aren't many authentic ramen places that offer a vegan version. I was so excited when I found this place on happy cow and it didn't disappoint. They make all of their broths and noodles in house. The noodles were cooked perfectly with a little bit of a "bite". The ingredients were fresh. Ambiance was nice as well with low lighting. Service was promt and friendly. Updated from previous review on 2016-08-11
