- Great Vegan food in Escondido
We were so surprised to find a great Vegan restaurant in Escondido. Many Vegan/Vegetarian restaurants sacrifice flavor, but the Happy Vegan actually has better food than any other restaurant we have tried. Their recipes have excellent flavor and texture, and they use some very tasty soy products we have never tasted before -- YUM!! It doesn't hurt that they have the BEST vegan chocolate cake we've EVER tasted! All Vegan/Veg lovers unite, TELL YOUR FRIENDS and let's make sure this great restaurant stays busy!!
