- Vegan Dim Sum!!
This place is wonderful (aside from the service being a bit slow sometimes), the food is great. When my fiance and I first tried their mock meats we thought we were being tricked, only after really tasting did we notice a slight difference in texture (benefit of being a newish vegan I guess?). Other omnis I've brought here have also thought the mock meat was real. The taste of fried pork (not the cruelty that goes along with it) is one of the only things I've really missed when going vegan, and their pork fried rice has helped hold me over. The dim sum here isn't pushed around on carts, you order it off the menu. The turnip cake and watercress dumplings are both really good. I know lots of people who like the taro dishes, but I've never been a fan of taro so I can't really comment.
