fat. cheap, chunky samosas (introduced to me by a tamil friend). the pakora ,while delicious, because of its sliced green chilli, might be a little spicy for most hongkongers. as stevie mentioned, the restaurant is blatantly vegetarian, not vegan. ask if any item contains dairy. unfortunately, the chai, while supposedly delicious, is premixed and contains dairy. everything is disposable here as they're not a real kitchen (the food is cooked on another floor). i'd suggest bringing your own containers/utensils. it's a very small shop. there's one table inside, a bar counter that seats two, and another table outside. we struck up conversations with other customers who were most willing to tell us what they had ordered. it's not a place you'd go to if you're concerned about hygiene - staff don't use gloves when picking up items. i'll be back for the samosas when i'm in tsimshatsui.
