- Lunch in Whitby
My Wife and I went here for lunch on a Saturday around 1pm. It was very busy but we managed to sit at one of the reserved tables owing to the fact that it's occupants weren't due until 2:30. The specials board had one vegan meal that I could have which was the falafel wrap (well it wasn't vegan but they did it as a vegan option without the coleslaw). I was quite happy because I love falafel. It contained mango chutney and hummus too and I've got to say it was delicious. My Wife who is non vegan had a goats cheese tart. They serve an outstanding variety of fun but it was a bit too early for alcohol so I opted for a sweet rhubarb tea which was most refreshing on the palate. The decor is really quirky and it was overall a pleasant experience.
