As soon as you set foot into Waratah Organics, there is an instant sense of calm and belonging. All of the staff are so friendly, and the food is made on premises, and all organic (yum)! Whether it be a quiet period or a busy lunch rush, the staff are always efficient (wait time ranges from 5-20 minutes depending on how busy it is), and it is a great opportunity to look around and take in the beautiful surroundings! Everything on the menu is vegan (unless you opt for cow milk in a coffee, or eggs on toast), and the super vegan nachos are to die for! The range of non-dairy milks also adds to the beauty of this place, and at no extra cost, it's a vegan's dream! The raw cake fridge is filled with beautiful slices, even including a nut-free option! There are plenty of gluten-free options now on offer, as well as a range of juices and smoothies perfect for those who have come from the 1000 Steps.
