grabbed this to go, as i'd booked a plane ticket through zuji, which doesn't allow for choosing special meals, and didn't have time to request for a veggie meal from the airlines beforehand. i had the smallest smoothie and cheapest salad box consisting of one leafy green and three other toppings. as with everything else at the airport, prices are exorbitant: 4 bases salad - hkd 75 smoothie - hkd48 only two leafy greens were left that evening: lettuce and mixed salad greens. the remaining veg options weren't particularly impressive and seemed to comprise relatively cheap stuff (my yardstick is the salad bar at great food hall); i went with chickpeas, mushroom and i think red peppers. the service staff wasn't sure, but supposed that only one of the dressings didn't contain dairy. if it helps anyone, the hk airport website lists these vegetarian choices: t1: http://www.hongkongairport.com/eng/shopping/dining/t1/veget/list.html t2: http://www.hongkongairport.com/eng/shopping/dining/t2/veget/list.html no guarantees that such veggie options are always on offer though. i recall the one at cafe de coral being unavailable when i asked previously.
