This was my first trip to Monterrey and I came across Revolución Verde, online. Sergio and his staff were beyond nice and the food was amazing. Not only was this great vegan food, but it blew away Mexican places I've ate at, before I stopped eating meat. I highly recommend the bean tamales and tacos el carbon! I can't wait to visit Monterrey again and come back to Revolución Verde!
