• Nice little place

Veggo is a team of young enthusiastic vegans who said "enough is enough" and opened a 100% vegan store with many plant-based goods. For a start they found a place in an office building very close to Vilnius rail station. Don't expect to find a typical store – at the moment of my visit it was more like a room with two large shelves and a fridge full of goods. Nothing fancy but it's not store's interior that makes you come back: the service is friendly, the variety of items is constantly improving (many things can't be found anywhere else in Lithuania) and the prices are very reasonable. In Veggo one can find not only basic groceries (flour, pasta, nuts, beans, oil) but also more specialized items, such as flour to make seitan, , soy/rice/almond/etc. milk, several types of vegan cheeses and sausages, tempeh, spreads, vegan food for cats and dogs, etc. In addition, their webpage works as an Internet store – no need to go to Vilnius to buy something. I hope Veggo will be successful in their business and we will see them expanding in the future.
