- real country pub that goes above and beyond for veggies and vegans
this is a brilliant English country pub on its own ignoring the fact it is also so great for veggies and vegans (and meat eaters). Great rotation of ales, friendly locals and a spectacular setting in the pretty village of bledlow. thanks to the fact that the Landlord is a Vegetarian, there is always a vegetarian menu on the wall which usually has home made pies, chilli, burgers, salads etc. at least one or two of these options are vegan (and not just the salads, but the pies etc), but more importantly the chef (also landlord) is always very accommodating to vegans and can modify or create dishes on demand. best pub in bucks (but I might be biased as its our regular haunt)
