- Friendly, fresh, old school interior design
Small, nice, friendly restaurant, run by the owner. Mixture of Romanian and old school German interior design (very modern kitchen, though). Around 15 seats inside. The Spanish name is something personal (a kid) and does not relate to the food. Few dishes, all freshly made. I personally saw the owner preparing a fresh soup from scratch and a dessert one hour before she closed for the weekend (seriously). Very friendly folks (= one helper plus the owner). Cozy. Vegan only. No caffeine. The day we were there, the owner prepared 'lox' out of carrots (yes), and it really tasted like lox. Also never seen before: You get a refill if you ask politely (!). No esoteric or religious or wellness or animal rights flyers or stickers; this is a food place. Updated from previous review on 2017-03-03
