Although Veggie Delight's menu is mostly soy based. I really like that they are vegan. I don't have to worry about eggs or butter added to my food. I usually order their soups with some rice. They are always delicious and filling. The fresh juices are great too. Carrot juice, beet and carrot, fruit punch, sorrel, etc. Prices are reasonable. If you're not looking for Veggie delight, you will miss it. Very limited parking.
