I am writing a whole new review (1/2019), since it's been a few years since I have been to Ethos (I've been several times over the past few years). This is my absolute favorite place when travelling in central Florida. If I am anywhere within 2 hours, I will go here. Nikki was our server and she was excellent - friendly, great service, and knowledgeable. This restaurant is full service with lots of free parking. It is clean, and welcoming, and friendly and overall fantastic. On to my food. Everything on the menu sounds amazing. However, every time I have been, I am a creature of habit and get the exact same thing: Coconut Curry Wrap (GF) Grilled tofu coated in curried veganaise and tossed with celery, raisins, raw walnuts, coconut and mixed greens. Wrapped in a spinach tortilla. ($9.95). I can't even BEGIN to describe this wrap. It is just so tasty and wonderful and amazing. My friend had the Chickun Bruschetta Sandwich which was equally delicious. Both were big sandwiches and we brought 1/2 out. There are 3 sides you can chose from, we picked the blue chips - delicious and fresh. Prices are crazy CHEAP! (Then, again, I am from Miami where a 1/2 lettuce leaf is $50.00) I can't begin to explain how great this place is. The food coming out of the kitchen ALL looks and smells amazing. I wish I was adventurous and would try something new, buy my wrap is perfection and so wonderful! I really want to try the Shepherd's Pie next time (we'll see). Even if you are a die-hard meat-eater, I think anyone can find something here that they will love and enjoy eating. You can't go wrong. It is a wonderful restaurant. Trust me!
