- Newly opened raw food restaurant.
I visited the lovely, newly opened Shambala earlier this week. The food is mainly raw - they had cooked potatoes on the menu the day we went - and the food hydrator was working happily in plain view behind the server. There are countless options of "sides" and the main on offer when I visited was mushroom stroganoff - sensationally tasty!!! Water from a dispenser is available free of charge. The owners are extremely helpful and happy to explain their dishes which are made and presented with obvious joy and love. My sister and I had a delicious lunch in delightful surroundings. A new taste experience. Lovely!!!
