I moved out here from Phoenix, AZ where there is only one vegan place (Green in Tempe) but it is THE best in the whole country (imho). I felt there was hope for Buffalo as soon as I heard about Merge. I went my first week here and...ehhh. We tried the 'wings', the lentil cheese sweet potato fries and the Elvis shake and the fried pickles.
