I went here in early Jan 2015 and it was GREAT. The cook made me a custom gluten-free vegan pizza and it was the best pizza I've ever had. I'm serious. Best pizza I've ever had. My friend liked the regular pizza she ordered, but said mine was "waaay better." The gluten-free crust was fluffy and soft, and the vegan cheese was to die for (the cook created the cheese recipe himself). I also got the gf vegan apple pie, which could not have been any better. Whether you like pizza pie or apple pie, this is the place for you. The English-speaking waitress we had was adorable and super accommodating. I usually dread ordering at restaurants because tweaking an entree to make it vegan and gf is such a hassle and I feel bad for whoever is taking my order, but the waitress was so nice about it. The cook also came out to meet me and he was super cool. The bar was small and kind of secluded in a really pretty location, I loved it. The next time I'm in Lima, I'm definitely going back. 10/10
