EXCELLENT vegetarian food. Wide variety of proteins in the dishes including tofu, tempeh, seitan, as well as unprocessed options like seeds, nuts and beans. Almost no "fake meat" - the mark of a great vegetarian restaurant in my book. All the dishes sounded delicious, I had a hard time choosing, but I went for the asian salad (called the Rak Kuuzo... or something?). It was fantastic! My salad had oranges, beets, carrots, edamame, sesame seeds, tamari cashews, and some sort of delectable sweet, tangy dressing. The salad came with arugula, which I substituted with spring greens. This place is very accomodating for substitutions, and is able to answer detailed questions about what they are serving you, how it is prepared, and where it came from.
