  • Temple Location is Pretty Cool

The food at Bo De Chay is somewhat so-so, but is an oasis in a pretty meat-centric city. We had vegetable spring rolls (didn't try the fruit spring rolls) and expected the standard delicious veggie spring rolls you can find relatively easily but instead received a mediocre triangle-shaped dealie. My dinner companion really liked his fried "chicken" but I was turned off by the texture of the faux meat. The staff speaks and understands English. The menu is pretty extensive. The best thing about the restaurant was visiting the temple next door after dinner.
