  • Went Here Twice!

Just a little outside of the main, old town. We went here twice as there were quite a lot of great options to choose from. The first time there, we tried the cannellini & ceci hummus with the flat bread (pane carasau; typical of Sardinia) which was great. The main meals were cream of potato & cucumber (like a soup) with vegan cheese and crutons as well as the gnocchi with eggplant, vegan bechamel & smoked seitan. The second time, as an appetizer, we had the fried chickpea flour fritter-type things with creamed zucchini which was great-- very much recommended. The main meals were the vegan chili with carrot and flat bread and also the whole wheat tagliatelle with zucchini, tomato, sunflower seeds and curry. Everything tasted great and was very well made/presented. The owner/server is very nice. Ask about their special home-made liquor-- it's very strong!
