- Lovely atmosphere but limited vegan options
I really loved the atmosphere and feeling of the Salad Bar, it's a breath of fresh air seeing as there are hardly any healthy food places in Maastricht I was glad to have found this cafe! Everything is made fresh and with love which you can really tell when you see the plate and taste it! I would love if they had more vegan options but as they're relatively new I think it's great that they're accommodating a range of diets!
