What's not to like about UB? I am impressed, and aside from finding a strand of hair in my food, I would visit again. Love the bread. I'm not sure if it's considered ciabatta but it's very similar. Only wish the baked sweets grew on me as much, but none of them tasted all that great. I'll try again later.
