• Finally Vegan Sushi!

If you are ever in Jacksonville, check out the vegan options at Sushiko Japanese Restaurant. It is not an all vegan restaurant, but it is veg-friendly and they even have an entirely separate vegan menu with many options, just be sure to ask for it. We were given tasty miso soup, which we did not ask for and was free! We got the Vegan love boat - you get to pick 3 rolls and it also comes with sashimi and nigiri. We chose the JVL Roll, Oishi Roll, and the Veggie Veggie Roll. For the most part, everything looked and tasted magical. Our favorites of the 3 rolls were the JVL Roll and the Veggie Veggie Roll. When we were done with our food, we were given a plate of vegan fried chocolate Oreo cookies topped with coconut whipped cream and drizzled with chocolate, which we did not ask for and was free, again!
