- Excellent sushi
Guate-Maki is the only place to get vegan sushi in Quetzaltenango. Mika is a long term ex-pat and sells sushi every Wednesday, but you have to order by e-mail, facebook message, or text on Tuesday. Solid hit-the-spot rolls that range from 20Q to 25Q depending on what kind of ingredients she uses for the week. As of November 2014, she is still in Quetzaltenango and still making rolls.
