- Best restaurant in Seville
This is not a vegan restaurant but they have many vegan dishes and, as far as I tried, all of them are delicious. It may look a bit expensive, but it's worth it (fresh eco products, good portions, original dishes). Besides I love the place, it's very nice, there is good (and quiet) music, and the staff, specially the owner, are very friendly. And, above all, they know what a vegan eats and what doesn't (something unfortunately unusual in other restaurants in Seville) No doubt, Fargo is my favourite restaurant in Seville.
