- Vegan and Vegetarian Friendly!!!
The grilled tofu sandwich at Mid-City Grill is always fantastic. MId City is THE most vegan friendly restaurant in Johnson City, TN. The various flavors of hummus available, the aforementioned grilled tofu sandwich, the un-burger, and the portabello mushroom fingers are all great choices. They also will do vegan fried pickles, and banana peppers!! Occasionally they even have vegan desserts! The hours of operation are great too-- open into the wee hours of the morning. It is a great place to take a group, and byob!! Good and delicious times!!
