- Very good ramen
The restaurant is small and intimate, and you may have to share a large table with strangers if it is busy. The dining space is very clean and vibrant with a Japanese style. I ordered the Miso BBQ Pork ramen and it was very good. The broth was very nice but could have used just a little bit more flavor. The noodles were above average and cooked well. The vegan pork is worth the extra cost, although it didn't have much of a BBQ flavor so the name is misleading. The Pork seems to be a homemade product that is quite unique. It has a nice texture and improves the overall enjoyment of the soup. The portion was not too big but certainly acceptable and reasonable for the price. I absolutely recommend FuShiWu as it is superior to other vegan options in the area near SOGO and the science museum.
