- Totally Brasserie!
This was our first stop and we had a non-vegan friend with us who had lived in Paris. The place was absolutely buzzing/jumping with energy, talk and people. It was a proper brasserie with the requisite bustling energy of a weekend night. We arrived late for our reservation (MUST reserve!!), but the staff was so gracious and accommodating and they found us a place no problem. The food is exactly what one would expect in a brasserie and it's all freshly prepared in house. We all loved our meals. And I've happily seen that they're going for their second location. This is a must for any Paris food itinerary.
