This restaurant prides itself in bringing fresh produce "from farm to table". Their menu changes frequently, they always have a vegan special and a vegan dessert. Some recent wonderful dishes are quinoa cakes (appetizer), cauliflower soup, cauliflower "steak" encrusted with porcini mushrooms, and white cake (all vegan, labeled as such). The staff are very nice and helpful. A great find.
