- Vegan gluten free pizzas!
We went there feeling very hungry after a long day and got treated very well - the food was freshly cooked and served quickly and the bigger sized pizza was way too much for me. A pleasant surprise was that all the pizzas are gluten free - made from buckwheat flower (called trigo vermelho in portugese - hence the name of the place). It was only somewhat strange to the taste until we stoped comparing it to the „real” pizza base and just devoured what was on our plates - it really tasted rich and nice. There were two options of vegan pizzas and some more vegan dishes available. We also got a complimentary freshly squeezed juice mix which was absolutely amazing. All in all it was a very filling experience.
