- AMAZING!!
Though many of the "restaurants" in Sapa Market seem similar, this one was incredible. We went back to her stall every day, sometimes twice a day. Our favorites were the fried pumpkin and boiled spring rolls. Everything we had was great, including boiled or fried tofu, boiled chayote, fried morning glory, and more. The lady and her husband are also really nice and the portions are generous. If you can find her stall, in the south west corner of the market, you will not be dissapointed!
