• Hidden vegan gem

I found this restaurant from a Happy Cow search and I am so happy I checked it again before heading 25 minutes across town to another place. We were able to walk here from our hotel. It was easy to find and easy to sit down and eat. We were immediately greeted by Julio when we entered and told we could sit anywhere. As a party of 8, we kinda took over but Julio didn't seem to mind. He came over shortly to take our drink orders and I ordered some vegan bread knots even though they were not on the menu. Easy peasy and boy were they delicious. I was happy we had ordered the dozen. The kids and I ordered the vegan pizza. It was loaded with tons of veggies but not enough cheese. A little bit more cheese and it would have been fantastic. The sauce was great too. The service was amazing as Julio kept our lemonade and waters filled to the brim the entire night. I was most impressed that he served our pizzas when they first came out but then he served us another round when he stopped by another time. Great, great service. We didn't see anything vegan for dessert and we actually didn't ask because the kids just wanted the chocolate cake. It was good but don't know if it is actually vegan or not.
