Wonderfully prepared Lunch: slightly upmarket feel, delicious Madrid wine. Love the innovation - for me at least - of making it a veggie resto with a meat eaters option. For once I'm not the freak. Cream of courgette and almond soup simply delicious. Excellent salad and Veggie Lasagne - Aubergine based, but zapped in a blender. Subtle taste.
