- Delicious vegan noodles to your own taste!
I love this place so much! I tried it last time I visited Taipei and have been craving it ever since! You select the veggies, mushroom, tofu, vegan meats, and noodles that you want, then it is cooked freshly for you and served in a big bowl of noodle soup. When it's ready you can add sauces, chili and other seasonings as you like. Fantastic setup and great taste!
