Located amidst lots of other beautiful little stalls that are pleasing to the eyes and ears this little shop is just the perfect place for a quick lunch. It's a very inspiring mix of shopping experience and restaurant. You take a basket and pick all your favorite ingredients, such as vegan ham, different mushrooms, corn, pumpkins on the right hand side and all kinds of green leafy vegetables on the left, (all conveniently labeled bilingually and with prices) then hand them over to the friendly guys behind the counter who in turn hand you a buzzer that vibrates when it s ready (less than 5 Min!). You can then add flavors at the counter in the middle such as sesame oil, pepper, chilli and my favorite xiang chun(香椿）and ready is your favorite noodle soup
