- Practical for vegetarians/vegans but pricey
This organic store is relatively big and offers numerous vegetarian/vegan products, from vegetables and fruits to cereals and faux-meat. It's a really practical shop in France, and specifically in Beauvais where there are few veg'-friendly places. In this Biocoop, the staff is friendly and helpful. However, I find that prices are a bit high and that they do not always privilege local and seasonnal vegetables. Even if they sell meat, they do not have their own butchery inside the shop such as in other Biocoop. But you have to know that Biocoop network does not support vegetarianism and veganism (read their magazine : http://www.biocoop.fr/content/download/8244/94348/version/2/file/CA63_dossier_leger.pdf).
