- A New Year special lunch
I went to 6889cafe on 2nd January. They were open during the holidays season unlike most of the Japanese restaurants. We had an opportunity to try the Japanese new year special food which was on the menu just for three days. It was a set meal for 1500¥. There were so many items decorated nicely in two plates, plus a soup. I specially liked the triangular shaped rice sandwich. We ordered a pizza for take away. Everything was very tasty and well presented. This place is very child friendly too. The nice lady in the restaurant provided some small spoons, forks and a cup of water to our 1.5yr old.
