This place is great, they clearly label everything that's vegetarian, vegan and gluten free. They use fresh, seasonal produce from local farms (or at least they say) and all of their vegan options look pretty healthy. I've tried their mango stir fry and their teriyaki glazed portabellas and they were both fantastic. They even have vegan, soy based milkshakes which I have yet to try but are definitely tempting (last time they had a Hibiscus Mango Soy Shake). Keeps the typical diner vibe, just with food that's healthy and good.
