Tipico is located in the old town of Rovinj and offers a beautiful atmosphere. There is an open kitchen and a young team working for you. They offer 4-5 vegetarian options, a few of them are vegan. If you are not sure, don't hesitate to ask the friendly staff for further information. I had Tofu with risotto and vegetables and it was very well done.
