• pre-made, no customizing, no set menu

I'm guessing this place has changed since added to HappyCow. There was no menu to order from but instead a few pre-made dishes were set out grab-n-go style (plenty of seats to eat in too). 2 out of the 3 salads were not vegan. I asked if I could get another kale salad prepared with no cheese on it and they were not able to do that since the dishes are prepared elsewhere. None of the desserts were vegan today, including the coconut milk pudding (the cashier said it had a "little bit of skim milk" in it but sometimes they do have vegan desserts). The sushi that day had crab in it (no veg sushi available). Thankfully, the soup of the day was vegan and it was fantastic! I also settled for the plain garden salad and a bag of chips. This place has potential for vegans but depends on the day you go! I suggest calling ahead.
