• Food was OK, Service was slow and weird.

Booked Afternoon tea for my mum as a mothers day treat, when we arrived Venue was packed which was a good sign. Although it made our table service almost non-existent, we waited for 20 minutes for anyone to come over and when we finally got someone's attention we ordered some cold drinks which really confused he staff then we waited almost another 30 minutes just to get our drinks. Didn't get get our Teas or coffee which came with the afternoon tea until after we finished our food which was strange. Food was OK, was disappointed by my Vegan options it was a bit bland and the desserts weren't great, especially the tiramisu which had the weirdest texture, also the scones were tiny (but, they tasted great). They did not charge us for the drinks in the end as the wait was long, which we really appreciated. I will visit again though as I have been before and really enjoyed the buffet!
