- Vegan options, but not very filling
When we visited, the restaurant was no longer advertising vegan piadina; however it's still available on request. While the piadina wrap is usually made with lard, an alternative version made with olive oil was available, with a choice of different flours. The filling for the vegan piadina was a large array of different vegetables: carrots, peppers, aubergines, spinach, etc, dressed with olive oil and salt. It was a good snack, but a little too light for lunch.
