  • How do you say AWESOME in Spanish?

Superb vegan food served in a small, friendly atmosphere. Vegan Workshop is located on Revolucion and 5th Av, in the alley next to the Ice Cream shop. Walk down the alley past a few shops and it's at the very end on the right side. You'll be welcomed warmly and in English. We went in the evening (around 7pm), so only a few burgers were still available. We ordered the jackfruit (yaca) burger and the oat burger, smothered in cream sauce and a little bbq, sandwiched between two perfectly toasted buns. They were delicious, different, full of flavor and did not disappoint. We also got a piece of 3 layer cake that was simply good. I can't wait to visit this cute bistro again, especially because they usually have (home made) bbq ribs, corn bread, and mac and cheese! Speaking of cheese, they make their own cheeses. Entirely from scratch, from making their own nut milks to culturing their own yogurt. They have about 4 of 5 different types of cheeses they use in their dishes, all with different bases (cashew, almond, oat). They also sell them by the block. Definitely check this place out!
