- Great vegan food and ice cream
Pie in the Sky is such a wonderful treat in a small town where vegan options can be scarce. I love going to Pie in the Sky for lunch. The vegan chili and the chickpea burger are both amazingly delicious. The ice cream is also very good and is what the place is known for locally. The soy that they make their ice cream out of is organic and GMO-free. I also like that they have a large produce section and also sell some packaged vegan foods to take home.
