- Tasty and cheap
Love this place, very much like Bio, on the other side of town, but I prefer the staff here - maybe also because it's 5 minutes from home! They open for lunch and dinner, and offer a good variety of home-cooked food with different dishes every day using soya, seitan and tofu. Check with staff for vegan dishes. Nice selection of desserts, fruit teas, and coffee. Also perfect if you're visiting the Gulbenkian across the road. It hasn't been open long, and summer is always quiet in Lisbon, so we've not yet had a problem getting a place, but I imagine when people get back from holidays you may have to book. Highly recommended - while it's not haute cuisine, it's tasty, good value and very friendly.
