I was first here in Aug 2011, and wrote: Europe has some excellent vegetarian buffets, and this is one of the best. The choices are extensive (but not overwhelming), and everything was prepared superbly with a good mix of healthy and comfort food. The presentation is a delight. Enough variety to support several meals. Returning in Mar 2019, I find nothing has changed; it's still as good. Several people mention the Swiss Tibits and Hiltl; it's closer to a Tibits, but not as extensive (and definitely doesn't compare to Hiltl), and has more cold dishes, but it's still very good.
