  • Nice Enough :)

Headed here after discovering Seasalt & Passion had shut, pretty little cafe with nice flowers outside- clean, bright with wooden floor and tables. Not much choice for vegans- there was either French Onion Soup or Pasta Bake, I took the bake with salad which was simple and tasty. Average portions. No vegan desserts bar crumpets and jam or canned fruit. Nice coffee and pleasant staff, who could clearly tell me which mains were Vegan. Salad was totally vegan, with the option of dressings (Vegan options!). Overall a nice, cosy place and I would definitely return. It's not the best veggie place I've been, but it certainly beats the ubiquitous fish/carvery restaurants and it's pretty cheap too!!! Location is fine, especially good if you are travelling by train.
