- Fast and Amazing
I am so glad I found this place! Located inside of the Market downtown, Three Carrots is definitely a stop that needs to be on everyone's list. While it only seemed like there were 2 or 3 people working there, we got our food very quickly and everything was great! My dad is a very picky eater and he even thought it was really good, so that says something! I got the seitan and it was different than any way I've ever had it prepared before. The style really reminded me of what it's like out west and how vegan progressive they are!
